Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the link provided or by logging into your account.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances (weather, carrier delays, high demand) may cause delays. We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier's possession.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.
