Evoluent Vertical Mouse D, Right Medium
Evoluent Vertical Mouse D, Right Medium
Worlds First Mouse with Grooved Buttons. Your fingertips rest in a shallow groove on the buttons. This patented innovation secures the mouse in your hands and makes moving it much more precise. Extended Lip Prevents Rubbing. The Evoluent Vertical Mouse D is the most advanced ergonomic vertical mouse design released to date, and is the 6th generation of the Evoluent Vertical Mouse. The Vertical Mouse D series still offers all the benefits that Evoluent mice have come to be known for, and includes improvements which yield improved comfort and control. The most significant innovation in the D series is the addition of patented vertical grooves in the buttons, something not found on any other mouse currently produced. These grooves provide a more "fitted" feel when your hand is using the mouse, clearly indicating where to place your fingertips, and resulting in less stress on the muscles of the hand and forearm while using the mouse. Other changes are a more organic curved shape than on previous generations of the Evoluent, along with a wider flange to prevent the pinky finger from making contact with the worksurface. Like previous generations, the Evoluent has a uniquely patented contoured upright design which transforms the traditional palm down mousing position to a vertical "handshake" position which is more comfortable for many. Performance driven features include an instantly accessible pointer speed control button behind the buttons allowing you to select between Extra Low, Low, Medium and High, giving the ability to select the degree of precision you require for each task. This is the Medium Wired model (VMDM), and the VerticalMouse D comes in Small, Medium and Large models for the right hand in both wired and wireless models in a multi-tone dark silver/black/dark chrome housing with silver buttons. The Small models (VMDS / VMDSW) are suitable for people with hands which are shorter than 7" (17.8 cm) long from the tip of the middle finger to the wrist crease, Medium models (VMDM / VMDMW) are for hands between 7" (17.8 cm) and 7.8" (19.8 cm) long and Large models (VMDL / VMDLW) are for hands longer than 7.8" (19.8 cm).
